RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY STUDY
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of phase II
of Cardinal Hills residential subdivision as described in the
subdivision plan dated February 25, 1992, filed with the Council on
January 6, 1992, is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This
declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section
429.035; and
WHEREAS, the developer has provided funds in the amount equal to
conduct the feasibility study, and the developer understands that
there is no guarantee that the improvements will be constructed as
proposed. Therefore, let it be resolved that:
1. The petition is hereby referred to Bret Weiss of Orr-Schelen-
Mayeron & Associates, and he is instructed to report to the
Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed
or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended.
