A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING
A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTEM
FOR THE CITY OF MONTICELLO
WHEREAS, as a requisite to qualify for state aid, it is necessary
that the City Council designate certain streets within the city of
Monticello to comprise a municipal state aid street system; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City
Engineer and has approved certain streets within the city to become
a part of said system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Monticello as follows:
1. That the schedule entitled "M.S.A. Street System, City of
Monticello," attached hereto and made a part hereof as
Schedule A is hereby designated as Monticello's Municipal
State Aid Street System.
2. That the City Administrator/Clerk provide a certified
copy of this resolution, together with the attached
Schedule A, for transmittal to the Commissioner of the
Department of Transportation.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Monticello this 9th day
of December, 1991.
