THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY
ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended by rezoning the following
parcel(s) from R-3, Medium Density Residential District, to R-2, Single and Two -Family
Residential District:
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
Adopted this 12th day of January, 1998.
