THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY
ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended by rezoning the following
parcel(s) from R -PUD, Residential Planned Unit Development, to R-1, Single Family Residential
District:
Meadow Oak Estates, Outlot A and Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 3; and Outlot C, Eastwood
Knoll.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
Adopted this 9th day of March, 1998.
