The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended by rezoning the following parcel(s) from R-1, R-2,
R-39 B-39 13-4, I-19 l-2, PZR, and/or PZM to CCD, Central Community District, and PZM, Performance Zone Mixed
District:

This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
