THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS
THAT TITLE 6, CHAPTER 5, SECTION 2(F), OF THE MONTICELLO CITY
ORDINANCE, PERTAINING TO SNOWMOBILE RESTRICTIONS BE
AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
6-5-2: RESTRICTIONS: It is unlawful for any person to operate a
snowmobile:
(F) On any sidewalks or pathways in the city of Monticello provided
for pedestrian and/or bicycle travel.
Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of January, 1997.
