THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY
ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended by rezoning the following
parcel(s) from R-3, Medium Density Residential District, to PZM, Performance Zone Mixed:
Lower Monticello, Block 39, also the part of vacated Hennepin Street being the SELY
30 ft of Hennepin Street that lies NELY of NELY R/W Ln of RR and lies SWLY.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
Adopted this 25th day of August, 1997.
