THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY
ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended by rezoning the following
parcel(s) from I-1, Light Industrial District, to B-3, Highway Business District:
Lauring Hillside Terrace, Lots 3 and 4, Block 2.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
Adopted this 8th day of December, 1997.
