THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS
THAT THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Rezone part of Lot 4, Block 1, Lauring Hillside Terrace Addition, from R-3
(multi -family residential) to PZM (performance zone mixed) zoning. (See map
below.)
