THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS
THAT THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Rezone from I-1 (light industrial) to PS (public and semi-public uses) zone the
property as indicated on the map below.
Adopted this 10th day of October, 1994.
