City Council Ordinance 261ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 261
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS
THAT THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Rezone the area known as the Mein Farms subdivision from AO (agricultural
uses) to a combination of R -PUD (residential planned unit development) and
R-1 ( single family residential) as shown on the map below. Specific zoning
district boundaries match road and lot line alignments identified on the final
plat of the Mein Farms subdivision.
