BILL TAPPER MOVED TO APPROVE THE PAYMENT OF BILLS THROUGH
AUGUST 2015. STEVE JOHNSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED

Angela Schumann responded to questions related to the following invoices:
Block 34: Staff has been tracking the invoices submitted against the amount the EDA
approved for environmental studies related to Block 34.
ECM: Nine ECM payments reflect the cost of publishing TIF District disclosures.
Wright County: The $12,227.35 reflects the excess TIF 1-37 increment returned.
