REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY
OF MONTICELLO OF THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT N0. 1, THE MODIFICATION
OF THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLANS FOR TAX
FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS NOS.
1-1 THROUGH 1-7 AND THE APPROVAL AND ADOPTION
OF THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX
INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT N0. 1-8, ALL
LOCATED WITHIN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT N0. 1.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the
City of Monticello, Minnesota (the "City"), as follows:
Section 1. Public Hearin This Council shall meet on
January 23, 1989, at approximately 7:30 p.m., to hold a public
hearing on the following matters: (a) the proposed modification,
by enlargement of the geographic project area and increased pro-
ject costs, of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority's (the
"Authority") Redevelopment Project No. 1; (b) the proposed
modification, by enlargement of the geographic project area and
increased project costs, of Tax Increment Financing Districts
Nos. 1-1 through 1-7, located within Redevelopment Project No. 1;
(c) the establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No.
1-8, located within Redevelopment Project No. 1; (e) the proposed
adoption of the Modified Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax
Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1-1 through 1-7; and (e) the
proposed adoption of the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax
Increment Financing District No. 1-8, all pursuant to and in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.001 to 469.047,
inclusive, as amended, and Sections 469.174 to 469.179,
inclusive, as amended.
Section 2. Notice of Hearing; Filing of Program. The City
inistrator is authorized and directed to cause notice of the
hearing, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A,
to be given as required by law, to place a copy of the proposed
Modified Redevelopment Plan, Modified Tax Increment Financing
Plans and Tax Increment Financing Plan on file in the
Administrator's Office at City Hall and to make such copy
available for inspection by the public no later than
January 6, 1989.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilmember Dan slonigen and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ken Maus, Fran Fair, Warren Smith, Shirley Anderson, Dan Blonigen
And the following voted against the same:
None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted by the Council in and for the City of Monticello,
Minnesota, on January 9, 1989.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

STATE OF MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council")
in and for the City of Monticello, County of Wright, State of
Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on January 23, 1989,
at approximately 7:30 p.m., at City Hall, 250 East Broadway,
Monticello, Minnesota, relating to the proposed modification, by
enlargement of the geographic project area and increased project
costs, of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority's Redevelopment
Project No. 1 and the approval and adoption of the Modified
Redevelopment Plan relating thereto, the proposed modification,
by enlargement of the geographic project area and increased pro-
ject costs, of the Modified Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax
Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1-1 through 1-7, located
within Redevelopment Project No. 1, and the approval and adoption
of the Tax Increment Financing Plan relating to Tax Increment
Financing District No. 1-8, also located with Redevelopment
Project No, 1, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota
Statutes, Sections 469.001 to 469.047, inclusive, as amended, and
Sections 469.174 to 469.179, inclusive, as amended. A copy of
the Modified Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 1
and Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing
Districts Nos. 1-1 through 1-8, as proposed to be adopted, will
be on file and available for inspection at the office of the City
Administrator at City Hall not later than January 6, 1989.
The property comprising the addition to Redevelopment Project
No. 1 and the establishment of Tax Increment Financing District
No. 1-8 is as follows:
Westerly 3.22 acres of Lot 4, Block 3, Oakwood Industrial Park,
Monticello, Minnesota, Wright County.
Further information regarding the identification of the par-
cels to be included in Redevelopment Project No. 1 and Tax
Increment Financing District No. 1-8 may be obtained from the
office of the City Administrator.
All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present
their views orally or in writing.
