THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS
THAT THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter all in Section 13, Township 121,
Range 25, Wright County, Minnesota, as described in the Cardinal Hills III
preliminary plat as approved by Monticello Council on 1/11/93.
Adopted this 11th day of January, 1993.
