THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS
THAT THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
The unplatted portion of the Cardinal Hills development area located in
that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter all in Section 13,
Township 121, Range 25, Wright County, Minnesota, as described in the
Cardinal Hills III preliminary plat as approved by the Monticello
Council on January 25, 1993.
Adopted this 25th day of January, 1993.
