THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN THAT CHAPTER 20 OF THE MONTICELLO ZONING ORDINANCE
BE AMENDED BY DELETING SECTION 20-2 [C], PUD size requirements, as
follows:
[C] SIZE: Planned unit development proposals must include an area of at
least three (3) contiguous acres.
Adopted this 12th day of April, 1993.
