THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS
THAT CHAPTER 3 OF THE MONTICELLO ZONING ORDINANCE BE
AMENDED BY AMENDING THE FOLLOWING SECTION PERTAINING TO
SIGNS:
3-9: [C] 4 (a): An annual permit for portable signs, as defined herein,
shall be granted for a maximum period of forty (40) days
per calendar year. As a condition of the annual permit,
applicant shall maintain a daily record of the use of
portable signs on a form provided by the City.
