City Council Ordinance 239ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 239
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS
THAT THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Rezone the following area from the BC (business campus) zoning district
to I-1 (light industrial) zoning district designation: Rezoning area
bounded on the west by Fallon Avenue and on the east by a line parallel
and 400 feet east of Fallon Avenue. Area bounded on the south by Little
Mountain Elementary School site and on the north by a line parallel
and 300 feet south of Chelsea Road.
Adopted this 14th day of June, 1993.
