City Council Ordinance 240ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 240
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS
THAT THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Rezone the area encompassed by the final plat of the Oak Ridge subdivision
from R -PUD (residential planned unit development) to R-1 (single family
residential).
Adopted this 9th day of August, 1993.
