City Council Ordinance 242ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 242
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO HEREBY ORDAINS THAT
ZONING ORDINANCE SECTION 10-3-5 [D] 9 (f) RELATING TO CURB
CUT ACCESS BE AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
( No curb cut access shall exceed twenty-four (24) feet in width with
the following exception: Curb cut access in industrial and commercial
zoning districts may exceed twenty-four (24) feet with the approval of
the City Engineer and the Zoning Administrator. Denial by the City
Engineer and Zoning Administrator of curb cut access in excess of
twenty-four (24) feet may be appealed following the procedures
outlined in Chapter 23 of the zoning ordinance.
