THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Rezoning of Block 1, Part of Lot 10, lying SW of I-94,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 1; Block 1, Part of Lot 10, lying SW
of Chelsea Road, Auditor's Subdivision No. l; and Block 1,
Part of Lot 19, lying SW of Chelsea Road, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 1, from I-1 ( light industrial) to BC (business
campus) zoning.
Rezoning of Block 1, Part of Lot 11, lying SW of I-94,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 1; and Block 1, Part of Lot 18,
lying NE of Chelsea Road, Auditor's Subdivision No. 1, from
B-3 (highway business) to BC (business campus) zoning.
Rezoning of Block 1, Part of Lot 18, lying SW of Chelsea Road,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 1, from B-2 ( limited business) to BC
(business campus) zoning.
Rezoning of Block 1, Part of Lot 17, lying SW of I-94,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 1, from B-3 (highway business) to
