THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Rezoning of phase II of Cardinal Hills residential subdivision
plat, which is that part of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 and E 1/2 of SW
1/4 and Lot A of W 1/2 of SE 1/4, Section 13, Township 121,
Range 25, from AO (agriculture -open space) to R-1 (single
family residential).
Adopted this 8th day of June, 1992.
