City Council Ordinance 229ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 229
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT
CITY ORDINANCE SECTION 7-1-4 (A) PERTAINING TO ENFORCEMENT
PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC NUISANCE VIOLATIONS BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Add: 7-1-4 (A) Any person owning and/or occupying property
within the city where activities described in
Subsection (A) 1 and 2 are in violation of
this ordinance shall be so notified in writing
by certified mail by the City of the violation
and given 15 days to either correct the
violation or appeal to the City Council for a
determination that the complained of activity
does not violate the ordinance.
Delete: 7-1-4 (A) Delete Subsection (A) from the written 10 -day
notice requirement.
Passed by the City Council this 22nd day of June, 1992.
