THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Rezoning of N 1/2 of the SW 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 13, Township 121, Range 25, in the city of
Monticello from AO (agricultural) to R-1 (single family
residential).
