City Council Ordinance 186ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 186
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT
TITLE 10, CHAPTER 31 SECTION 5 [H], OF THE MONTICELLO ZONING
ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO THEATRE PARKING BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
[H] NUMBER OF SPACES REQUIRED: The following minimum number of
off-street parking spaces shall be provided and maintained by
ownership, easement, and/or lease for and during the life of
the respective uses hereinafter set forth.
8. CHURCH, AUDITORIUM: At least one (1) parking space for
each four (4) seats based on the design capacity of the
main assembly hall. Facilities as may be provided in
conjunction with such buildings or uses shall be subject
to additional requirements which are imposed by this
ordinance.
27. A. THEATRE LOCATED WITHIN ORIGINAL PLAT OF MONTICELLO:
At least one (1) parking space for each five (5)
seats based on the design capacity of the main
assembly hall. Facilities as may be provided in
conjunction with such buildings or uses shall be
subject to additional requirements which are
imposed by this ordinance.
B. THEATRE NOT LOCATED IN THE ORIGINAL PLAT OF
MONTICELLO: At least one (1) parking space for
each four (4) seats based on the design capacity of
the main assembly hall. Facilities as may be
provided in conjunction with such buildings or uses
shall be subject to additional requirements which
are imposed by this ordinance.
