THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Rezoning of land lying south of the existing proposed 7th
Street right-of-way between Locust Street and Elm Street
from PZM (performance zone mixed) to B-3 (highway
business).
