MINUTES
MONTICELLO LIBRARY BOARD
July 23, 1984 - 7:00 P.M.
Present:
Marge Bauer, Joel Erickson, Warren Smith, Pat Schwarz,
Marguerite Pringle.
Absent:
Donald Maus.
Purpose of Meeting: To finalize the 1985 Budget for presentation
to the City Council.
1. Warren presented the prepared budget. There was discussion
and a few changes including:
a 5% increase for Jerry Hermes
$350.00 for extra cleaning jobs
$450.00 increase for utilities (electric)
$350.00 programming

This amended budget was approved by Board and will be presented
to the City Council.

3. Snow Removing Service: Joel Erickson will talk to City
and bank about sharing snow removing service.
4. Restroom Floors: The tile floors in the restrooms must
be redone. Ken Larson of Monticello will be contacted and
hopefully this can be taken care of.
