MINUTES
MONTICELLO LIBRARY BOARD
Monday, March 14, 1985 - 7:00 P.M.
Members Present: Warren Smith, Donald Maus, Joel Erickson,
Marguerete Pringle, Yvonne Hoagie.
1. Marge Bauer, the Librarian, will be taking a leave of
absense for a while. This meeting provided the board
wi th the opportunity of meeting Yvonne Hogie who will be
taking Marge's place.
2. Budget review: There haven't been money expenditures
so far this year.
3. Gene Walters; There is still no sign of the items ordered
from Mr. Walters. It is suggested that cabinet maker
Denis Arnold be consulted for any future needs.
4. Zoom Lens: Chris Lommel is going to choose the lens for
us.
5. Jail and Bail: Monticello Cancer Society will be using
the library grounds or community room for this event.

6. Computers: The school system may lend some computers
for our use this summer. GRRL had some suggestions on
control use.
