THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Rezoning of Block 1, Lot 1, The Meadows Second Addition;
Block 1, Lots 1-3; Block 2, Lots 1-10; Block 3, Lots 1-9;
Block 4, Lots 1-11; The Meadows Addition, in the city of
Monticello from R-3 (medium density residential) to R-2
(single and two-family residential).
Adopted this 13th day of March, 1989.
