THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS THAT THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Rezoning of phases I-V of the Evergreens subdivision in
the city of Monticello (excluding Outlots A and B) from
AO (agricultural) to R-1 (single family residential).
Adopted this 8th day of May, 1989.
