OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Rezoning of part of NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Unplatted
Property, in the city of Monticello from R-3 (medium
density residential) to PZM (performance zone mixed).
