THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, DO HEREBY
ORDAIN THE FOLLOWING AMENDMENT OF TITLE 3, CHAPTER 10, SECTION
3-10-2 (B)2 RELATING TO TRANSIENT MERCHANTS:
2) Daily permit fees for a permit issued to a transient merchant
under the authority of the annual permit, said fees to be
collected by the holder of an annual permit and remitted to the
City Administrator prior to the conduct of any business, except
that transient merchants conducting their business within the
confines of the commons area of any shopping mall shall not be
required to remit a daily fee.
