PUBLIC NOTICE
Amendment to Monticello Assessment Policy:
The City Council of the City of Monticello do hereby ordain:
The clause"... or within 180 days after a building permit for a new
construction is issued, whichever comes first," be and hereby is
deleted from Title 13, Chapter 1, Section (H) of the Monticello
City Code of Ordinances.
This amendment shall be in full force and effect upon its passage
and publication.
Adopted and passed this 9th day of August, 1982.
