The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains that the Official
Zoning Ordinance Map be amended as follows:
Rezoning of the following described property from
B-3 (Highway Business) to R-3 (Multiple Family):
Part of the NW's of the SWC of Section 11,
Twp. 121, Range 25, located west of the
Monticello Mall, consisting of approximately
24 acres, more or less.
The above rezoning is contingent upon approval of an apartment
project for the above described property by the Housing and
Urban Development Commission.
Passed by the City Council this 26th day of July, 1982.
