City Council Ordinance 107ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains that the following fees, licenses,
and permit charges for items previously set by city ordinances be amended to
indicate that each particular fee be set by council action:
On Sale 3.2. Beer License
Off Sale 3.2 Beer License
Sunday Liquor License
On -Sale Liquor License
Club Liquor License
Liquor Set up License
Scavenger (Cess Pool Pumping)
Moving Buildings
Bingo License
Traveling Shows License
Transient Merchant
Dog License
Dog Impoundment Fees
Residential Sewer Hookup Fees
Sewer Hookup Permit
Water shutoff and then turned on
Excavation Permits
Conditional Use Permits
Set back variances
All other variances
Rezoning
Certificate of Occupancy
Street Vacations
The City Council also ordains that the following ordinance sections and fees be
eliminated:
Section 3-5-1 thru 3-5-9: (Taxicabs)
Section 3-9-1 thru 3-9-21: (Used or second handed motor vehicles)
