City Council Ordinance 103ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains that Ordinace
Section 4-1-2 (C) pertaining to Building Code regulations
be amended as follows:
4-1-2 (C) 5. 1979 UBC Chapter 12, Section 1214 is
amended to require that doors between
a garage and dwelling unit should be
self-closing by use of an approved
closing device.
