City Council Ordinance 102ORDINANCE AMENDMENT AA ( C) D
The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains that Ordinance Section 10-3-4 (A)
pertaining to Area and Building Size Regulations be amended as follows:
10-3-4 (A): The building height limitation in an R-3, R -B,
B-1, B-21 B-3, B-4, I-1, and I-2 zoning districts
shall be two (2) stories.*
*In zoning districts R-3, R -B , B-1, B-2, B-3.. B-4,
I-1, and I-2, a (3) three story building may be
allowed as a conditional use contingent upon
strict application of a requirement that fire -
extinguishing systems be installed throughout the
building. (Requires a conditional use permit based
upon procedures set forth in and regulated by
Chapter 22 of this ordinance).
