City Council Ordinance 101ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains the Ordinance
Section 7-2-12 pertaining to Liability for Repairs of Utility
Line Services, be amended as follows:
7-2-12: LIABILITY FOR REPAIRS: After the initial connection
has been made to the curb stop or the sewer lead the
applicant, owner or the occupant or user of such
premises shall be liable for all repairs required to
any water, sanitary or storm sewer lines necessary for
connection of the premises to the street main, in-
cluding any necessary street repairs.
