City Council Ordinance 91ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
City Council of Monticello hereby ordains that the Official Zoning Map
for the City of Monticello be amended, as follows:
Rezoning of all the land north of West River Street lying
between the Burlington Northern Railroad tracks and Inter-
state 94 to the Westerly Corporate Limits of the City of
Monticello, and all of the land north of West River Street
which lies between the Burlington Northern Railroad tracks
and County Highway 75 in the City of Monticello, from R-1
(Single Family Residential) to I-2 (Heavy Industrial).
