ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA:
1. The portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City is
