BE IT RESOLVID that the City of Monticello enter into Agreement
No. 63132-1 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, for
the following purposes, to-wit:
To amend and modify Agreement No. 63132 dated May 1, 1986, to provide for
deletion from the description of the City cost participation construction
of the shrub planting performed along and adjacent to the east side of the
Trunk Highway No. 25 roadway from 7th Street to 6th Street within the
corporate city limits under State Project N0. 8605-29 (T.H. 25=25).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVID that the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute such agreement.
