RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE
PURPOSE OF MODIFICATION OF AN EXISTING
TAX INCREMENT FINANCE PLAN FOR
REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT ~~2 INCLUSIVE
OF MOVING AND RELOCATION EXPENSES
PURSUANT TO THE HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT-
UNIFORM ACT.
WHEREAS, the Monticello Housing and Redevelopment Authority has
adopted a Resolution executing the purchase agreements for the
acquisition of the Stelton, O'Connor, and Jones' properties;
purchase price inclusive of the moving and relocation expenses, and
WHEREAS, said resolution requests the City Council to set a public
hearing on said Tax Increment Financing Plan ~~2, Modification ~~3,
inclusive of moving and relocation expenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA THAT:
1. A public hearing shall be held at 7:30 p.m., on Monday,
September 26, 1988, in the City Council Chambers.
2. The City Administrator shall cause proper notice to be given
in the official newspaper.
