RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBDIVISION OF LOT 4, BLOCK 3 OAKWOOD
INDUSTRIAL PARK AND TRANSFER TO MONTICELLO HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello, as owner of Lot 4, Block 3,
Oakwood Industrial Park, has established a municipal well on the
east portion of said lot,
WHEREAS, the Monticello HRA has expressed interest in acquiring the
westerly 3.22 acres of said lot for economic development purposes,
WHEREAS, a Certificate of Survey has been purposed to create a
subdivision of said lot into two (2) parcels,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA:
1. The subdivision of Lot 4, Block 3 into two (2) parcels is
hereby approved per Certificate of Survey.
2. The newly created parcel described as the westerly 3.22 acres
of Lot 4, Block 3 is authorized for disposition to the
Monticello HRA for economic development purposes.
