City Council Resolution 1987-16RESOLUTION 87-16
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Monticello enter into Agreement
No. 63961 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation,
for the following purposes, to-wit: To provide for payment by the
City to the State of the City's share of the costs of the concrete
walk and storm sewer construction to be performed along and adjacent
to Trunk Highway No. 25 (Pine Street) from River Street to the Trunk
Highway No. 25 Mississippi River Bridge No. 71012 within the corporate
city limits under State Project No. 7104-10 (T.H. 25=25).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City Officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute such agreement.
Adopted this 11th day of May, 1987.
