City Council Resolution 1987-19RESOLUTION 87-19
RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE DIRECTORS AND THE
ALTERNATE DIRECTOR BY A MEMBER COUNCIL TO THE JOINT
AIRPORT COMMISSION PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES,
SECTION 471.59
WHEREAS, the Minnesota municipalities of Monticello and Big Lake
have created a "MONTICELLO AND BIG LAKE JOINT AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
FOR PURPOSE OF CREATION OF AN AIRPORT COMMISSION." This agreement
in pursuant of Minnesota Statutes, Section 471.59, and
WHEREAS, said resolution requests each municipal Council to appoint
two Directors and one Alternate Director to the said Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MEMBER COUNCILS OF THE
CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, AND THE CITY OF BIG LAKE, MINNESOTA
THAT:
1. City Administrator Rick Wolfsteller and Olive Koropchak
shall
of Monticello
serve as Directors for the municipality
Minnesota.
2. William Fair shall serve as Alternate Director
for the municipality of Monticello , Minnesota.
