RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE
PURPOSE OF MODIFICATION OF AN EXISTING
TAX INCREMENT FINANCE PLAN FOR
REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT #6 PURSUANT TO
MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 273.71 TO
273.78 INCLUSIVE, THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING ACT
WHEREAS, the Monticello Housing and Redevelopment Authority has adopted a
Resolution modifying the finance plan for the established Tax Increment
Redevelopment District #6 dated September 3, 1987, pursuant to the provisions
of MS Section 273.71 to 273.78 inclusive, and
WHEREAS, said resolution requests the City Council to set a public hearing on
said Tax Increment Financing Plan #6.
NOWF THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA THAT:
1. A public hearing shall be held at 7:30 p.m., on Monday, September 28,
1987, in the City Council Chambers.
2. The City Administrator shall cause proper notice to be given in the
official newspaper.
