City Council Resolution 1986-06RESOLUTION #86 - 6
WHEREAS, The County of Wright, Minnesota submitted to the
Commissioner of Transportation, the plans and specifications
for the improvement of CSAH 39 from Elm Street to I-94
in the City of Monticello.
WHEREAS, state -aid fund will be expended on the improvement
of said road, and
WHEREAS, the approved state -aid standards, for the reasons of
traffic safety and economy, limit and restrict all parking
to that which is parallel with the curb.
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED That said City of Monticello shall
require that the parking of all vehicles within the corporate
limits of said County State -Aid Highway No. 39 be parallel with
the curb in accordance with the State -Aid Standards.
