RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION
OF PLANS IN CONSTRUCTION 5 ADDITION
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of Lauring Lane
within the Construction 5 Addition by installing sanitary sewer and
water distribution lines and constructing an extension of Lauring
Lane, was duly presented to the Council on the 12th day of May, 1986,
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the proposal contained within Tax Increment
District #5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed
by all owners of real property abutting upon the street named
as the location of the improvement.
2. The Council finds it beneficial to consider the improvements
of Fallon Avenue as proposed in Tax Increment Finance Plan #5.
3. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in Tax Increment
Finance Plan #5.
4. Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the Council this 23rd day of June, 1986.
