RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PROPOSED
RECONSTRUCTION OF COUNTY ROAD 39 (GOLF COURSE ROAD)
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council a report
has been prepared by the Public Works Director and OSM Consulting
Engineers with reference to an improvement involving the reconstruction
of County Road 39 (Golf Course Road), and this report was received
by the City Council on October 28, 1985.
WHEREAS, said reconstruction has been designated by the Wright
County Engineer to occur in 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA:
Orr-Schelen-Mayeron and Associates is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement with all due speed.
Adopted by the City Council this 28th day of October, 1985.
