RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A SEWER INTERCEPTOR LINE
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council a
report has been prepared by the Public Works Director and
OSM Consulting Engineers with reference to an improvement
involving the installation of a sanitary sewer interceptor
line, and this report was received by the City Council on
October 15, 1985.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said report warrants
further investigation and additional planning prior to
the final ordering of the making of said improvement.
2. Orr-Schelen-Mayeron and Associates is hereby designated
as the engineer for this improvement. They shall prepare
plans and specifications for the making of such improvement
with .all do speed.
Adopted by the City Council this 15th day of October, 1985.
